Action/Text: Who's that Pokémon?
Arrival.
[The bus pulls up, but its rider doesn't step off to join the valley community. He floats, simply drifting a few feet away as the doors shut behind him and the bus roars off.]
[Well. That hadn't been so bad. Nerve-wracking, prepared for betrayal at any second, ready to crush the bus and its occupants had its destination been even slightly other than promised... but so far, all had proceeded according to the plan he'd been given.]
[...Perhaps the boy's example had not been unique. Perhaps not every human is treacherous, traitorous, self-centered, and all too eager to enslave those they considered lessers.]
[Just most of them.]
[Mewtwo splays one hand, and in a flare of psychic light, his tablet rises to hover above it. There is supposed to be a map...]
Homecoming.
[This farm is not as concealed as he would like. Though it resides within the forest, it is not far enough in for true solitude, and the path that leads to it is a beacon that any could follow. Mewtwo would have to rely on hoping no one came exploring -- or perhaps more serious concerns later.]
[For now, he regards his greenhouse from a position several feet above it. A broken building, but not past salvaging. In fact -- he glances over his shoulder, eyes shining with power, and not far away a small tree rips itself from the ground. Telekinetic force strips off the branches, then splits the wood into planks, which Mewtwo sends hurtling towards the greenhouse with a wave of his hand.]
[Repairing this should be no mean feat.]
Text.
Humankind: I offer you a transaction, by which you shall be judged. Your greenhouses are battered and broken; I will repair them, for a price. That price shall be greater should you require I bring materials. Extend your acceptance of these terms through this device.
[So are they warned, and so shall he test them. Will they deal fairly, or with duplicity and malice?]

Maybe he should have studied the jPad a little more.]
Oh. I'm sure a repaired greenhouse would help Father Nightroad a great deal but I'm afraid I don't have much. My sister or my escorts handled funds whenever I would leave Rome.
Is there anything else I could do?
Perhaps a blessing?

Though, I'm curious as to what you think you'll be judging me for? It's a trade.

But not all of them. I have seen redemptive qualities in your kind. So I must know what the true nature of mankind is.
Your behavior in this transaction. Will it be fair? Will you seek to take advantage of me? This is what I shall judge.
Text!
what would be asking in return?

What do you believe is a reasonable exchange, human?
[let the judging commence]

:( maybe they'll show up? but it's good know you can
i don't know, it's why i asked. Everyone values things differently, and there's more than enough materials around my farm. I haven't been here very long, but i and my team would be happy to help you out if you needed it
it's fair, right? but if you have something else in mind, we'd do our best

Are there other Pokémon capable of using these devices?
Perhaps I have been too hasty. On reconsideration, that Meowth did seem as if could perhaps manipulate this means of communication, even communicate in the human language.
no subject
Maybe? No one told me pokemon [How do you make the 'e' with the little mark over it? Cehd'ra tries way too long to figure it out before just giving up...] could read and write.
Theres more than humans and pokemon here though.

[LET THE JUDGING COMMENCE. Will the humans make fair offers, or seek to cheat him?]
no subject
[A bit of a game, is it? How can he make the most impressive offer while also giving up the least...?]
I DON'T HAVE MUCH ELSE TO PAY WITH BUT YARD WORK OR VEGETABLES.

[Mewtwo's telepathy is, unlike his previous psychic grumble, clearly directed.]
You are unfamiliar. What Pokémon are you?
she's obviously a sandshrew

You, then, are a creature that identifies themselves as neither human nor Pokémon.
I would understand how you think, and so the offer applies.
no subject
[It would be weird to start calling herself a human after an entire lifetime of referring to herself as an elemental anyway. It's best to stick with what she's always known in that regard. No need to make it confusing!]
Okay, then. Thank you! What do you want as payment? Money? Food? I have flowers, if you want those! I'll even offer to heal you any time you get hurt, if that's something you need more!
[She's just trying to give options.]

I can provide the tools necessary to fix it, but I would like to know what your price is first.
no subject
What do you believe to be a fair price? [Always the question. He has little need of most things, not with his psychic power to rely on. The question is always, will the others here take advantage, or trade fairly?]
