Action/Text: Who's that Pokémon?
Arrival.
[The bus pulls up, but its rider doesn't step off to join the valley community. He floats, simply drifting a few feet away as the doors shut behind him and the bus roars off.]
[Well. That hadn't been so bad. Nerve-wracking, prepared for betrayal at any second, ready to crush the bus and its occupants had its destination been even slightly other than promised... but so far, all had proceeded according to the plan he'd been given.]
[...Perhaps the boy's example had not been unique. Perhaps not every human is treacherous, traitorous, self-centered, and all too eager to enslave those they considered lessers.]
[Just most of them.]
[Mewtwo splays one hand, and in a flare of psychic light, his tablet rises to hover above it. There is supposed to be a map...]
Homecoming.
[This farm is not as concealed as he would like. Though it resides within the forest, it is not far enough in for true solitude, and the path that leads to it is a beacon that any could follow. Mewtwo would have to rely on hoping no one came exploring -- or perhaps more serious concerns later.]
[For now, he regards his greenhouse from a position several feet above it. A broken building, but not past salvaging. In fact -- he glances over his shoulder, eyes shining with power, and not far away a small tree rips itself from the ground. Telekinetic force strips off the branches, then splits the wood into planks, which Mewtwo sends hurtling towards the greenhouse with a wave of his hand.]
[Repairing this should be no mean feat.]
Text.
Humankind: I offer you a transaction, by which you shall be judged. Your greenhouses are battered and broken; I will repair them, for a price. That price shall be greater should you require I bring materials. Extend your acceptance of these terms through this device.
[So are they warned, and so shall he test them. Will they deal fairly, or with duplicity and malice?]

If Arceus in turn created Mew, I would be an abomination it its eyes, unworthy of its blessing. Abomination... or rival.
no subject
That doesn't sound right. Not that you're wrong! Just that, where I come from, God loves all of his children. Even if people believe that someone or something is an abomination, they're not right. [Like his brother and his hatred of the Methuselah.]
If you wish a blessing, as Pope, you'll have one from me. Whether it's payment enough or not.

The Pokémon Mew contains the DNA of all Pokémon... except for mine. Mew's DNA is my DNA, but mine is improved.
I am an improvement on Arceus's creation.
Does the God you know accept that it can be exceeded?
no subject
God is all-mighty. Everything is a part of His plan so He would accept and love you, just as all the rest of His children.

That is not unreasonable.
[And he is not certain if he likes that possibility. It will take a great deal of thought. The idea that his existence might be intentional not from the minds of men, but beyond...]

At the very least, a blessing couldn't do any harm?
no subject
Very well. I will consent to work for this blessing, for the sake of the experiment. We will see what comes of it.

[If only Mewtwo could see how Alec brightens.]
I'm sure Father Nightroad will appreciate it.

I'll come to your farm to perform the blessing. I just need to tell Father Nightroad so he doesn't fret.
no subject
Very well. I shall repair your greenhouse at your convenience.

Thank you so much! I can come and perform the blessing whenever you'd like.
