If you are capable of taking care of yourself I encourage you to apply for a position under me. We could use greater numbers to enforce order.

[Kyousuke himself is white-haired and imposing, with large snowy owl wings on his back and feathers covering the area where his right eye should be, like so. He is visibly carrying a sword, with another one tucked hidden in his coat in a compact state. He doesn't give off the impression that he's going to be a very easygoing Sheriff... but at least if you're in danger, that might be reassuring?]

I see why they the city officials picked you as our sheriff. You seem fair. We'll see when people start committing crimes but I have a feeling you'll be true to your word. Thank you for coming out here to talk to me about it. It's nice to meet the officials face to face. You don't get that kind of thing back home. Then again, too many people in a big city like home.

That's right. I also used to co-head a much larger organization... It was impractical to go everywhere in a situation like that. I'm not much of a small-town personality, but hopefully I am at least able to maintain one.

With the diversity of people here, I'd say it's far more futuristic than the average of the current century. Even those coming here from what I would consider the past are bringing a fresh perspective on new events.

I haven't met anyone yet from the future but if that's true, then let's hope all of us together can create something peaceful and lasting here. Though with so many different perspectives, it may be challenging. I look toward to seeing how things turn out.
