[Action] Look for the something necessities
1. Welcome to the Farm
For all that I was talking about settling down and growing some crops, I am not entirely certain I meant it.
[Chen regards the quaint farm, with its open fields and run-down greenhouse, from the fence gate -- one hand on his hip, the other still supporting the long staff he has slung over one shoulder, using its length as a lever to keep his massive keg upright.]
[Honestly, at his size, girth, and species, he can't help but stand out as something out of the ordinary.]
[At last he ventures on forward, taking the first step onto his new home.]
...Li Li would laugh at me, and then be bored. [That sentiment certainly brings a smile to his face.]
2. In Starhue Valley, Bear Welcome You!
[In a situation like this, there is only one thing to do: greet the neighbors!]
[So Chen sets out on a circuit around his farm and winding his way to every point of interest around, looking for people to say hello to. Out on the road? He's pacing his way over with a friendly hello. At home? Someone's knocking on your door! Out in your field hard at work? He's cheerfully vaulting the fence to approach.]
[...honestly that last one might be a little impressive.]

But instead of words it comes out as an unintelligible squeek as she drops the small sack of seed packets and takes a step back. She looks absolutely terrified.]
H-hello? Oh. I um... [please dont eat her?]

...a moment!
[Fortunately for Chen, Cehd'ra knows that he's among the minority and won't begrudge a stranger for interrupting his sleep. Though maybe he should get a sign or something...
The miqo'te pulls a shirt back on and grabs a dagger from under his mattress (just in case) and makes his way with habitual silence to the front door. Opening it partway reveals...well Chen is certainly big, isn't he?]
Hello there...?

[The cheerful priest is out in the field, working and pulling the last haul of his summer crops to be shipped later. It was hot and sweaty work. Everyday, extraordinary things happen.
Today is one of them. Whelp! It's a bear by the fence. The priest stopped what's he doing as Abel greets the other being, being as friendly as possible. Hopefully, it's a nice panda bear, right
Now he wished he has some bamboo to give as a peace offering.]
H-hello? Good morning and how are you? Are you new around here, perhaps? I mean, if there is anyway I can help, let me know. I'm a priest, I come in peace, so I enjoy helping people...and a bear such as yourself if you need help!? Um, welcome to my farm? Would you like some tea for refreshments? Anything sweet?
[If the bear could talk, it's not so far as a stretch! He met a talking parrot and a talking mouse so far, so a bear...yup.]

[Signs proclaiming "GO AWAY!" and "SCRAM!" are just inside of the surrounding fence. Scrooge himself is in the house, having a bit of a lie down after getting his most important chores were done for today. His bad leg is tormenting him something fierce.]

As she opened the door, a houndour was beside her, growling slightly at the sight of such a large... panda? Rip blinks a moment and takes note that at least he's friendly looking? ]
Hello? Can I help you?
[As for the farm around him, it is a very well put together and operational by now. Rip's had help from her eventual husband who just so happens to be out this evening.]

That someone opens the door to be greeted by a large black and white bear.
And he slams it shut.]
