[Introspection]
[Well, this was a weird way to start the day. When Bedivere had gone to sleep, he was in Chaldea. The next thing he knew, he was sitting on a moving bus. And that wasn't the end of it, oh no.
To make a long story short, he's spent the past hour or so being introduced to his new home here in town. Apparently the small farm he's standing on right now belongs to him, or so he's told. He's got a run-down house, the remains of a greenhouse, a cluttered field, a set of old tools, and a bag of radish seeds. But most importantly, he knows that he can go home any time he wishes and none will be the wiser.
And that last bit got him thinking. When was the last time he was truly able to make an earnest living? He's spent so long traveling and fighting for humanity that he's almost forgotten what it's like to remain in one place and live in peace. Perhaps, just perhaps, this is something he needs right now. And if it isn't, then he can just return to Chaldea and things will go back to normal.
And he's not alone. Other people seem to be in the same boat. Might as well see about meeting some.]

Hello, everyone. I saw people were introducing themselves, and thought I should probably join them.
My name is Bedivere.
[He'd normally be more cautious about giving out his true name, but he's curious to see how many people will make the connection to the King Arthur mythos. Plus this place is supposed to be peaceful.]
I happen to be one of our newest arrivals, and have just been shown to where I will be living. I must admit, I had no expectations of having to do farm work when I awoke this morning!
[He smiles after making that remark. It feels so quaint to him to end up farming.]
But I have faith I can do a good job. I'm afraid I only have a few radish seeds now, but hopefully I can start selling vegetables to the town soon enough.

[After making his broadcast, Bedivere gets to work. He has to clean off a patch of land in order to plant his seeds, so he pulls out his axe, pickaxe, and sickle and gets to work cutting up grass and weeds, cutting down trees, and breaking apart rocks.
Once he's cleared a decently-sized portion of land, he stops. Really, he could clear the entire parcel of land in one go if he wanted to, but it's probably better to do it step-by-step. Instead, he gets his hoe, watering can, and seeds, and starts to till the ground and plant the radish seeds.
There are two things notable about Bedivere during all of this. The first is that, despite the hot summer sun bearing down on him the entire time, Bedivere is working in the very same armor he arrived in. He has shed no part of it in order to work. The second is that his right arm is clearly artificial, looking at the designs on the forearm and the joints. It also appears to be made of pure silver.
Anyone is free to approach him at any point as he works.]

Ah, good, good, I'm glad! You have to be careful with your body in this sort of heat, it's really easy to lose track of your water.

I know. I was fortunate that we had a stock of water during our trek through the Sahara.
[And it was even kept cool thanks to the fridge that Da Vinci installed in her buggy!]
And once I make enough money, I'll buy more suitable clothes for farm work. I know I stand out like a sore thumb like this.

[ Oh! That's a place she recognizes! That means he's also from Earth, right? On the other hand, did they actually know or call the Sahara that when knights were wandering around? Ahhh, she never really paid attention in history class! And after junior high she'd been scouted to Hope's Peak, and after that all that really had mattered were her practical skills... Maybe Kyousuke would know? She'll have to ask later.
It takes a few seconds for her to mull over that, though when he continues his own commentary, she shakes her head quickly. ]
Ehhh, no, no! This is definitely a place where you'd probably fit in pretty well... ah, it's mostly that with the weather like this, I worried! It looks like you'd be in for a bad time either way.
[ She puffs her cheeks out a little with the comment. It's not deliberately trying to play up the image of cutesy pouting, but it's also not not doing that. ]

[ She chirps that brightly before she bobs forward in an abbreviated half-bow. Wait, isn't the knight supposed to be the one who bows? Well, whatever. It's a force of habit, and she already half-suspects that she's coming across kind of oddly to him anyway. A little more eccentricity probably won't hurt. ]
It's nice to meet you. [ She'll avoid saying his name if she can because that's gonna be interesting for her to practice later, oops. ] Ahh, but I can't just stand by... if there's anything I can do to help, let me know!

[Bedivere smiles as he says that. It was an odd meeting, but she seemed nice enough. Plus she had been concerned for his health, which was a welcome sign.]
I appreciate that. I suspect I have much to learn about life here, after all. Is there a library or some other repository of knowledge I can consult, as well?
