001 - audio - spider in the roses
[ You heard it here first, folks. If you're listening, there's a rather angry sounding banshee woman who's had about enough of this place, and would've liked to go home hours ago. But here she is, with a bit of a sniffle behind her thick accent. ]
Well, this is just grand. If there's anyone in this wretched place that'd like to talk about bartering some lab equipment, I'd be in your service.
And, I'd also offer services to someone who can get this hay out of my backyard. It simply cannot stay, no matter what.
[ There's a sneeze somewhere in the background. ]
Services rendered depends on what you'd need. I specialize in medicine, but it's not likely what you're thinking.
Good day.
[ Another sneeze. There's probably a red faced, living in a tissue Moira behind that audio somewhere. God someone please come get rid of it for her. She can't go near it. Some things genetic editing can't seem to fix. ]

[ oh it is on ]
On a scale of one to ten, how would you rate your allergic reaction?
[ Keep in mind, Angela is doing NOTHING to get rid of the hay, even though she very easily could. She's even looking into one of her pouches for a container of benadryl. Yep. ]

[ Sniffle. Shit, that's definitely not what she wanted to let slip. Oh well. No hiding it anymore. She leaves the button on her pad alone, sipping her coffee. ]
Well, you tell me. Postnasal drip, copious sneezing, irritated throat, swelling of the throat and nasal passages, minor headache, dry eyes. Surprisingly, no urticaria symptoms yet.
I'd say a seven. You?
[ CASUALLY, LIKE her allergic reaction is a game. It's not. ]

[ She shakes a little bottle of antihistamines in front of the camera, precious though they are, Mercy is sure she can get more. ]
I'm also curious as to how your doing? Detached from all those things that make you... you.
[ tech stealer >:( ]

[ Sneeze. No she wouldn't have. Because she had nothing with her. Just her clothes and her best intentions, but even that was a reach. ]
You'll have to be more specific, dear. There are many things that make me, me.
[ Like Talon. And her doctorate. And a primarily difficult to keep discrete weapon she'd dedicated an entire arm to researching. You know. That thing. ]

[ This is off to a rocky start, isn't it :')))) ]
Can I expect you to hunt me down in my sleep, or can I get away with not sleeping with a gun under my pillow?

[ Still dabbing at her nose, Moira’s still as smug as ever. ]
That depends, do you have a decent reason for me to? You seem awfully confident already, I can practically taste the petulance.
