Who: Everyone ever!
What: It's drinking time at the locale tavern! Lets make the bar tender love the new arrivals!
When: Evening time.
Other information: One rule to this, everyone must get completely smashed one way or another! Dohko went and just grabbed as many people possible to join in a drinking binge and even if your poor character is there to have one or two drinks. Run away before they get roped into drinking games.

I've been down into the mines some, but not yet gone far enough for my liking. Once I get meself a good sword- [That is, make it] -I intend to go down further.
[He tipped back the glass and looked up, while circling it idly in his hands.]
I could use a partner, if you might e'er be interested.
no subject
[However, Scrooge takes a gulp of his Scotch to drown out that excitement.]
Look to one of your boys. I'm retired. I don't do adventures anymore.
no subject
[For just a moment his mood dimmed, feathers bristling as if something had alarmed him. But another fill of the shotglass and another drink back washed that away.]
Nothin'. Anyway- [He pointed at the other Scrooge] -you think about it. Let me know if I should make another sword. What's down there I've so far been able tae take out under me own merits, but it's going to take actual weaponry to go much further.
no subject
He'll get invested if he does. He doesn't want to care.]Then find someone else from other worlds more used to monsters.
[And going to down the rest of his glass, setting it down with a thunk.]
I'm not interested.
[Liar. But what's the point without Donald and Della with him?]
no subject
Fair 'nough.
So, we know what I'm doing with my farm. What're you doing with yours?
no subject
[And grabbing the bottle to refill his glass if you don't stop him.]
I've already got a cow and a chicken. Had somethin' they call a "void chicken" hatch recently, too.
no subject
Ahh, you're ahead o' Louie at least. He's just got a couple of chickens, and nothing particularly rare.
[A swig that drains half the shot.]
How's the produce market doing here?
no subject
[And taking a long pull of his whisky.]
Even cheaper when you skip meals.
[Whoops. Didn't mean to say that. Stupid booze.]
no subject
Aye, I know. Bridge is always after me to eat right, particularly after I had a heart attack. Not unfounded advice o'course, but...
[He shrugged, draining the rest of his glass.]
If he finds out you don't eat regularly, he might start after you.
no subject
[And taking another gulp of his whisky. It's good Scotch, but he's more interested in just getting plastered right now. Maybe if he's drunk enough, he'll go numb. With some added luck, he'll stay numb.]
He'll not want to waste his time. I'm the wrong Scrooge.
no subject
[He stared into his glass, resting his elbows near the bottle.]
And ayye, a heart attack. Hit me a couple o' years ago. I don't know if you've ever had problems but- [He sighed a bit.] -I have. Though that was the first one that nearly killed me.
[He moved, tipped the bottle into the shotglass.]
Needed surgery for it. All together not my highest moment.
no subject
[And putting his chin in his hand as he listens to the heart attack portion.]
Ne'er had one. [Looks like his accent is starting to thicken.] I'm sure someone would say it's hard for a stone to have an attack.
no subject
I'd thought that. But my lifestyle and choices went straight to heart.
[Pause, snort]
Joke not intended. [He waved a hand, sighing lightly] Not that I've slowed down since recoverin'. I just do it a little more mindfully.
no subject
[He doesn't really mean it and it's kind of obvious. If he were to have a heart attack, he knows only Beakley would nag him into following doctor's orders. His family certainly wouldn't darken his doorstep.]
[Instead of saying something else, he signals for another of the poison he was drinking before the whisky.]
no subject
Just one more bump on the road o' being Scrooge McDuck.
no subject
Just another bump. If only they all were that small.
[If it would bring Della back, he'd happily take a fatal heart attack. At least then Donald would be happier. As would be her children.]
[What had the eggs become in his world anyway? He doesn't even know. Doesn't matter though. He'd never be let within a foot of them.]
no subject
[And he can tell the other had too, but he's not about to press him on it.
...Though the alcohol is making him very tempted to.]
no subject
[This is good whisky, but he doesn't drink to enjoy it.]
no subject
How'd you get your start?
no subject
[He takes another gulp.]
Got trapped in ice for five years. Later spent time in a timeless demon dimension during an uprising. Between all that there's the usual lookin' for treasure and buildin' a business.
[And staring into the amber liquid. He used to travel with family, too, but that's not important anymore. But he misses it.]
no subject
[Thoughtful inhale, exhale, as he leaned back some.]
Left Scotland when I was 13, traveled the world on me own until my 30's, when the girls joined me. Right up until my own greed and arrogance drove them out o' my life.
[He looked down in his glass, drained the last drops in there.]
Then I outlived them. Outlived 'em all, and will continue to for the forseeable future.
[He filled another shot, tipped it back, looked up with a bit of a humorless smirk.]
Such- such is the way of Scrooge McDuck, eh?
[Seems someone's
finallystarting to see things through the bottom of a glass.]no subject
[He keeps staring into his glass.]
I'll ne'er get any of them back.
[He sniffs and pounds down the rest of his glass before slamming the thick bottom down on the table.]
An' tha's fine! I donnae need 'em!
no subject
You don't, eh? What makes you so sure?
no subject
[And grabbing that bottle to pour himself another with a shaky hand. He locks eyes on the glass.]
I'm be'er off.
no subject
[Thirty years? Has it really been so long. Raise a glass to the passage of time.]
When my sisters left, all it was was my businesses. Left alone in exile, I shut out the world because I didnae need it anymore. Who was going to miss auld Scrooge McDuck, eh?
Then I decided to call Donald one day. [He snorted, then laughed fully.] Gave him a right fright! 'Twas a Christmas on Bear Mountain I won't soon forget. Not even the second time 'round.
[He tipped in another shotglass.]
Wanted to test him, see how much he deserved bein' part of the McDuck bloodline. Came to find out... [He paused, then sighed, staring into his drink.] Hortense was gone. And I ne'er got the chance to make up with her. Della had disappeared. Never got to know her at all. Matilda... Is a story for another day.
[And likely another bottle.]
