It does not, our cities are underground and the land above us is woodland. The trees are so tall and branches so thick, you can only see a glimpse of sun peeking through. We do sometimes use our lakes and rivers as viewing pools. We dye the water and decorate with glowing crystals and candles upon lily pads. Anything to make them appear like the sky, for special occasions. [maybe all that effort sounds quite silly, but it's a proud tradition for them all the same. Silas always thought it looked beautiful. The act was always for celebration, so he has fond memories associated.]
