The words sink into Izuku's very core. He feels his resolve growing. He can do this. All Might is saying he can do this. He isn't the stupid quirkless boy he was when asked this man if he could be a hero. All Might helped him see that truth. Midoriya's smile grew as he gave a small laugh.

"It's funny. I never thought I would hear those words of encouragement from you. But I appreciate it. So much. I know I can do it if you believe in me. I'll become the world's number one villain. I'll surpass even All for One. I'll step over him and lead the world into a brighter future. A world where the fake heroes fall aside and give up, allowing the true heroes raise up.
