several. when i was little they said it was because I’m dyslexic and was straining my eyes trying to read. when i got a little older and it kept happening they told me it was migraines. I’m also adhd and don’t pay attention or focus very well naturally but stimulants like caffeine help with that
trust me i’ve heard all of it before
