He nodded, "I would like that." And he'll be the best husband that he can be. There's nothing but love for her in his eyes. After all, a marriage is about being their best.

"I don't see it monstrous at all...but if you don't want others to see you, it's best to shift your form in the house or outside where there's no Beorcs."

When she changes and transforms in a glow of light, and she becomes a heron just for him, the bird he has seen before. The captured video doesn't do justice when he's being in her presence.

His reaction is that of awe and wonder. So this is a heron, and her form is beautiful and graceful to him. Slowly, he reaches out with his hand. "Can I...can I pet you?" It's natural to be curious and he wondered what her feathers feel like.

"Beorcs usually considered we Laguz as monsters because of our shifted forms." She goes to explain a little but was a little relieved when he mentioned that he doesn't see her as monsterous.

Bird eyes continue to watch him closely, a small bit of fear still lingered in the back of her mind but.... It was quickly dashed at the question and she giggles, her tail feathers swaying back and forth behind her as she goes to nudge his hand with her head. "Go ahead my love."

Saga would find her feathers had the same softness as her wings despite her crest being pure gold. "My crest.... When a crest appears, it means that we are an adult. Mine... Mine looks like my mother's crest." So happy about that.

He sighed. He can really sympathize. "Oh, darling...I don't see a monster. It still you. In another form. And it's no less what people think and I don't care what they think. You're all I see in my eyes."

He senses her fear, and softly. When her bird head nudges her hand. "Come here, darling." He reaches out, and hold her bird body in his arms. She's very soft and warm with such downy feathers."

He pets her head, from the long feather crown, down her long swan-like neck, and touch and pet her back between her wings. She so cute, that he is filled with happiness just from holding her.

Then he coos soothingly, realizing she must have missed her family and her kin back home...all gone. "Yes, you're an adult. I bet you look like your mother and father too." He then kisses her cute bird head and murmurs. "I love you..."

"My love..." So sweet, he can calm her fears so sweetly and gently. "I am glad that I am not a monster in your eyes."

She was truly glad. She blinks as he gently goes to hold her in his arms, even in her shifted form. She lets out a few chirps as he goes to start petting her. His hand moving ever so gently petting her.

The comfort he was giving her... She was glad that she was in her shifted form. The cooing and then the kiss to her head with the murmurs. Her tail couldn't stop swaying behind her and her whole body goes to glow in happiness. "I love you too..." A brief pause. "You... You can have one if you like. One of my crest feathers."

He kisses her cute bird head and makes humming coo sounds in return to her chirps and coos as he stroke through her head and down her neck, and scratched her back, smoothing out the feathers on her wings. He felt truly blessed to have her as his mate.

"Not a monster." He can truly attest that, that she's truly innocent. In his past, he did things he wasn't proud of, and regret every sin he made. But he repented and he hoped to start over by beginning a new life with her. "You're a treasure in my heart and everyday you give me joy and happiness."

"Your feather is gold...but all of you, the rest of you is my true treasure." And hopefully, his true treasure that is soon to be growing in her belly that isn't swollen with their child yet. Smiling softly, "But thank you, darling. Do you want to tuck your feather on my head?"

His attempted bird coos were always pleasant to hear... And also quite adorable. Her bird head nuzzles against him as he continues to give her shifted form affection.

Okay, she was glad that she was in this form right now. He wouldn't have to see her tear up at his words. What has she ever done to gain such a loving mate as him? "And you are my treasure... And the lord of my heart and soul."

She goes to nod her head before giving him an affectionate nuzzle. "I would but you should pick the feather. That way, it would be one of your choosing." She coos as she continues to be as affectionate as she can be in this form.

"Should... I should I ever become with child and give birth to our child, I will lose the ability to shift into this form as well as the rest of my powers." She lets out a small sigh before chirping and cheeping again. "But the latter will be passed onto them. They will inherit everything from me."

He continues to stroke over the neck, her back, and her feathers. To him, it's not odd that he's married to her. This form of hers...is another aspect of her, but she is still her, that he knows.

It gives him joy to hear that, that he's her mate. When she nuzzled him, it tickles, but even as a bird, she's so sweet.

"All right, let me just...I hope it doesn't hurt." He plucked a gold crest feather. "This one." The gold feather shines and simmers, and when he stroke it, it's soft and wonderful to hold and so light.

At that, that caught his attention. "I see. Aren't you afraid? Afraid of losing your powers?" He didn't want her to be afraid to have children with him, and that even after she lost her powers and passed to their children. "I don't want you to be afraid...that we can have a family...and that I think we'll be okay and all right if we work together. The children will have your gift and they will have my strength."

It was so easy to fall into his embrace. To let herself go as he holds and pets her. Her tail continues to sway behind her as Saga has accepted all of her so easily.

She doesn't wince when he plucks a feather from her and goes to examine it. A small giggle goes through her and She lets out some happy chirps. "Now, only you will have such a feather from me."

When he mentions behind afraid of losing her powers, she goes to sit down and looks away. Her body language stating that she was uneased a little. ".... I am afraid. Terrorfied really... I want to be selfish and not lose them but..." She sighs and shifts back into her normal form. "But I made this choice when I picked you. I know that one day we will have nestlings of our own and I look forward to that day."

A small smile. "I love you Saga and I do want a family with you. Even despite my fears I want one with you. I am just scared that I wont be able to protect them... Shield them from danger without them. I... I also fear that I wouldnt feel like myself without them..."

Indeed he does and he'll have to tuck her gold feather on his hair for now. And in a flash of light when she shifted back to her form, the form he's accustomed to seeing every day, he listens carefully.

"Your choice is not an easy path. It's not easy..." Saga has fears and insecurities of his own. But it's something he felt he can't burden her with since her hopes are his hope, and the thought of losing her powers, and the thought of children inheriting a chance of his powers or her powers. She'll be more mortal as much as he. Saga faced a lot of dangers in the past and raising children is the least mortal danger as far as Saga knows. "We'll protect them together. I'll teach them all I know to help themselves."

Despite her fears, his heart is in the right place. This is where his strength should devote itself too. It gives him purpose and this is his divine purpose.

"I'll protect you and the children. Don't worry. I think with our children, we'll be a family we always dream to be. I dream they play on the front lawn, play with the animals, and they are happy and free. If our days are peaceful since the day I met you, then our chances are very good, we can have this peace for the years to come."

With a sad smile, "I'm sure we won't lose them. Back home, in the Sanctuary where I was trained, a child enters the temple of Athena as young as 5 and they become an adult at 13." He sighed. "I realized I was a man when I turned 15. Even at that age, the saints learned what is it they wanted from life and they learn to take care of themselves. As parents we just have to make sure our children has a safe place to call home where they learn to live, laugh, and grow up."

She smiles as she sees him tucking her gold feather into his hair. She was grateful that he was willing to listen to her fears and insecurities. She can sense that he has his own but.... Perhaps one day, he will tell them to her.

"I know that you will protect all of us. But I still want to help keep any nestling that we have safe." She giggles softly at the image. "I can see them playing with you, all of you rolling about in the dirt and laughing." She then sighs. "Yes, I shall pray that our days will continue to be peaceful."

She sees the sad smile and moves at once to hug him, trying to use her scent and touch to try and comfort him. "I am sorry, my love... You were forced to grow up far too fast. I shall pray that perhaps, with our children... You can regain some of your youth back or be truly happy once more."

He shook his head at her apology, "Don't be. It's part of a rite of passage for me to become a knight." A ritual that is dated back in the age of myths for each incarnation of Athena and her soldiers. "I accepted my responsibilities eagerly because I wanted to grow up and prove myself. And I want to prove to my Goddess that I can keep her laws and traditions."

A chuckle as he brings her closer to him because she is warm and because it feels good holding her body close.

"I don't mind growing old with you and raise our nestlings together and watch them grow up. We'll protect them together in a peaceful world. I shall teach them how to fight for justice, and we shall teach from right or wrong, and how the world works."

She looks up at him and still holds him. "But still you should have enjoyed the chance of being a child. To enjoy childhood. Such proof of one so young should needed to be demanded, my love."

She lets herself be held and sighs. Her poor mate, even if he claims that he wanted to... This was something that shouldn't have been forced.

"I may still look like this even as you grow old, Darling." She then chuckles as she nuzzles against him. "The one thing I shall ask, let them be children first. Some may not be born with the warrior spirit."

His childhood is rather muted as he sacrificed much of himself to care for others in the Sanctuary as most Saints are orphans. He carried himself with a serious responsibility of being the older brother when he was young. Or being ambitious to climb his way to the top...only to learn even the mighty can fall down if it weren't for those meddling kids.

It wasn't forced since he made the choice of being the strongest knight. And he valued strength above all else. Which lead him to make terrible choices. "That I don't know much about. I hoped our children can teach me something about that."

"I don't mind whatever path they choose. If it's a girl, she can be a doctor. Or if it's a boy, he can choose something more peaceful. I didn't want them to be Athena's saints and follow in my footsteps...not that my Goddess need anymore warriors since the war is over." He said.

"So...whatever they choose, the future is theirs. As long they are happy...so yes, of course. Perhaps I should invest in buying them toys."

Leanne goes to study him before lifting a hand to cup his face within it. None of them had one as hers was forcefully taken away by the fires and then the sleeping spell. Her hand moves to go and caress him.

She sighs and moves to first nod her head against him and then kisses his lips briefly. "Yes, I am sure that they will be able to teach us things we never got to experience ourselves."

But then he mentions what his wishes were and she couldn't help but to giggle. "Then, we shall both agree to let them be what ever they choose to be." And then she giggles even more and shakes her head.

"Darling~ I will have to be with child first before we can think about toys, my silly mate."

At this rate, he's pretty mellow and he agrees with what she said with his mate in his arms and after he had his cup of coffee too.

"Then I'll have to make the room bigger. There's much work to do before winter is coming. I read in the almanac books from the library that it tends to snow around here." It's a morning after all, and there's much work he has to do, as he's saving up money and already reached his goal to pay the workers to make the final construction to his house, installing a central heater, and an extra bathroom, among other things. The goal is to get his house done by the end of the month.

His mug is empty now and the man is ready to work. He gave his wife a hug and kiss before he gets up. The man is a busy, self-employed worker.

"Don't strain yourself if you want to pick up the shipments my love. You don't have to work." Of course, if she doesn't work, that means it will Saga much longer to get his jobs done and he'll finish his job late after sunset.

She nods before making a gesture to her room. "You can use any of the money I have to help. Whatever I have made is yours to use." But there was a strange word he used. "Snow?" Birdie head tilt.

But then his mug is empty and she smiles as she goes to dutifully take it, preparing to take it to the sink to clean it. She giggles as he hugs and kisses her, ears wiggling.

"I will take care of the shipments and then I will help you with whatever is needed to be done, my husband." She nuzzles him, cooing before moving to grab a thromos and handed it to him.

"It's a new brew of tea but it should keep your energy and strength up throughout the day."

"You never have seen snow before?" He smiled, almost grinning. "They're like rain but with ice. Especially when the weather gets really cold...colder than the fridge."

At the mention of money, "I can't take your money love, it's yours. You can use the money to go to the store. We have to get you warm outfits and clothes to fit you for the winter too." The last thing he needs is an ice cube full of heron. He heard stories of Camus, the Aquarius saint did to his students when he trains them, turning them into literal ice cubes in his training.

"You know after shipment, you can use the money to go to the warehouse and buy new things to fill the nursery with." Unless Leanne wanted him to go with her during his lunchtime.

Taking the thermos, "I will drink this. Thank you love." He gave her one last kiss before heading out the door to start his day.

She blushes and nods her head. "No I haven't... Nor have I heard of that term." She blushes as she goes to listen to him. "I... I can't wait to see it. But why should I get warm clothes?"

But then he mentions a nursery and she couldn't help but to burst out laughing. "You are really hoping for one aren't you, Darling? Its a little cute."

She perks up at the kiss and her wings glow a little. "Have a good day. I will try to join you so you wont work as long today."

"Because it can get really cold in winter. Much colder than what's outside now." He said as he puts on his shoes and heads on out to the door.

"Well, I think I can see the future and it's in our future."

As he goes outside, it's on his mind that it's his mate first winter, so among other things he wanted to get prepared, it's on his list.

Until then, off he goes to the field start his day until Leanne decides to joins him for lunch.

"I see... I wouldn't know what to get then." She admits as she watches him get ready for work.

"You just think?" Okay, she can't help but the same tease. "Then perhaps when we have time we can look around."

And now it is time to work the fields and shipments. After she was done with the shipments, she heads into his house's kitchen to start prepping lunch. Simple sandwiches, focusing on what she remembers what he liked on his.

Once she was done with lunch, she heads out into the fields to deliver the food to him.

Meanwhile, while being outside, it's getting much colder more than he expected. He can feel it in the wind. He was used to Greece milder climate and even Greece have it's winters.

He was out in the fields, having done watering them, and the watch on his wrist tells him it's time for lunch, and it was then harvesting the ripe crops ready for shipment. When she flew over to him to deliver lunch for him.

"You made this and brought this for me? Thank you."

For being thoughtful, the closer she flew to him and being close to him, he leans over to kiss his beautiful mate.

Expecting to eat together, "Did you brought any for yourself?"

Leanne beams as she delivers his lunch and nods her head. "Yes, I figured you will be hungry right about now."

A giggle and ear wiggle commences as he kisses her. "Thank you, my mate." She coos as she lands on the ground. She takes a glance around, taking in the sight of the remaining work.

"Yes, I did. I will hoping we could enjoy lunch together... Even if it isn't as good as your cooking." She mutters a little, blushing quite a bit.

"I can help with the ripe crops, Darling." She goes to offer if only to lessen his workload for a day.

"I am hungry, so you came at the right time." More of his kisses for her, as he wants to capture her giggles with his lips and when he's done kissing her, he deems it time to finish his work for the noon and return to what's left of it later.

"Then I shall join you for lunch." It's the thought that counts and takes her hands to go back to the house.

"You can do that later." To him, she is his wife and she is carrying their child as her belly has gotten big now. Even though she persists in helping him lessen down the workload, he thinks she should resting and be more focus on her conserving her energy. "I don't want you to exert yourself just for me. Think of yourself and our child too."

In the house now, in the kitchen, Saga joins Leanne for lunch, eating the simple lunch with fruit juices. "Eat up, eat heartily. You need strength for the baby too." He encouraged.

"Of course I did~ I have learned when you become hungry~" She coos and giggles some more as he kisses her. "Darling~! We need to eat and work first." She giggles in a more playful tone of voice.

She blinks as he takes her hand and just smiles up at him, letting him lead her back to the house. A soft sigh escapes her as she just smiles up at him, looking up at him with loving eyes.

At his words, she goes to shake her head. "I am not exerting myself any more than usual. I can still work even with the nestling in me I just want to be useful and not leave all the work to you, my husband."

Once inside the house, Leanne moves at once to sit down. Rafiel quickly flying over and hoots out his greetings before delivering the daily orders, to which Leanne begins to look over them as their lunch starts.

"But I don't want to get fat my love. You need to eat more as you are doing all the hard work on the farm." She goes to smile even more . "We will be fine."

"It's fine being useful and do what you can." Then he frowns a little bit. "Now why do you worry about a little weight? I don't mind if you're a bit heavy." It doesn't make him love her less. "So you have to eat as much as you can. Then the baby will come out strong and handle everything like me."

Rafiel reminded Saga that the animals need their lunch too, so when they join in, their meal was arranged and he set it out for them. It was a simple moment in the afternoon where their small family gets together during meal time.

However, ever since the incident, Saga is paying close attention to what Leanne is doing, and they never stray from each other's side. If she needed to lift something heavy, he'll be the one to lift heavy objects and use the strength of his pokemon as helpers if he has too. It's scary for him to take her to the clinic because at that moment, he really fears to lose her. He couldn't imagine his life living without her, as he already made up his mind to devote his life to her and the nestling that is expected soon.

When Leanne's plate is almost gone, Saga being generous brought her more berries on her plate and a glass of sugared milk tea. "Eat up, please have seconds." To assure her that her fear of being fat, he doesn't care.
