mingle - raining cats and dogs (?)
It was a regular day for farming and living and whatever people wanna do - clouds had built over the last few days, but other then a slight bit of rain, things were normal.
Until now.
It began with rain. Just regular rain. Until the rain seemed to shudder and become soft ice. It looked like a mix of rain and snow - and glimmered like diamonds. It wasn't cold, it was just... beautiful. What a strange event...
That is, until a few hours passed. The diamond dust falling from the sky wasn't too weird. Even if it was nearing the end of Summer, it was quite nice. What began next, though? It was even weirder.
Diamonds and other gems had begun to fall from the sky, though they seemed to impact people just like rain. Not painful at all. They were real, at that! Whatever was causing this, it was... well, weird. It wasn't just the people and the outsiders curious about this - Pokemon from the forests and beyond seemed to be coming out into the town. Oddly, they were mostly Zubat and Bidoof... but there's a lot of other Pokemon, curious about the gems! Some of them are even eating them. Please stop.
...though, people not distracted by the Pokemon might notice small apple-like rat creatures. Some of them even seem to be falling from the sky with some squeaking.
The next day, things will be back to normal - any items not picked up will vanish, just as they appeared.

She took a moment to sip her tea and cover her concern, though she couldn't stop a smile from forming at the pun--intentional or not. She enjoyed the friendly quiet for several more moments before speaking again.
"It sounds like you might be doing too much by yourself." Yeah, she was one to talk. "And I mean size-wise," she explained. "How much land did you till for planting?" Because too much can mean a lot of unneeded work. Especially if it's just the two of them. Shaking her head, she continued. "And I don't mind helping you! After all, you're my friend."

At her mistake, all she gets is a bright smile from him since he did want to be casual about it. He likes the idea of them being friends and friendships is always a welcoming, good step.
"No, it didn't bother me at all. People call me Father when I'm doing clerical duties or giving a sermon. I did say you can call me Abel when I'm not working." He said, assuring her that it's not insulting at all, and it's fine being friendly as Abel truly desire to have her over for company.
He has no idea how many acres, but he is as big as the eyes could see. "Oh I have big ideas on this big land, so it's not too much I think. I know I'm tackling a big project, but it's something I wanted to work on for ages. I'm confident that I shall be doing fine...though perhaps I don't mind your assistance if I call for it every now and then...that is to say, if you don't mind lending me a hand if I ask for it."
He didn't want her to worry about it because he isn't overwhelmed at all. Maybe he has bitten off more than he can chew, but he has an idea and a vision, and he trusts his own intuition and see the future of its success as clearly as he can see in his own mind.
"I plan to grow a lot. Orchards, fruits, vegetables, flowers...I wanted to grow everything! It's a dream of mine for a long time before I moved here and nowit comes to this, so no, I don't think it's that big and the size of my land is perfect." He said and sipped his tea, as he can see his dream garden in his mind.

And worrying about him is a part of that friendship. She'd hate to see him wear himself out by doing too much. "I don't mind helping you at all, Abel," she told him. If she did, she never would have made the offer. Especially now that he had told her what he planned on doing.
In Sheena's opinion, intuition is a good thing because you're following your heart. However, as one who did that on a constant basis, she knew that it could lead to trouble--and that was something she didn't want Abel to have.
"Sounds like you'll have your hands full," she chuckled. Once grown, those plants will probably keep sprouting new blooms every year, but the harvesting... She was definitely going to say "yes" if he asked for her help.
Or even if he didn't.
Sipping her tea, she saw the look on his face and gave him a gentle smile. "So, what are you planning on planting? I'm guessing roses for one."
