There's a video of some very nice looking peppers, fish (both fresh on ice and salted to preserve), and berries. Whoever is filming it never turns the jPad back to film himself.

"I find myself with far more of these than I can use. I am willing to sell or trade, if anyone would be willing." His voice is just a little strange, as if he's messed up the audio recording in somewhat, or filtered it. Human but something a little off, almost mechanical in a way, about it.

"I'm new to farming, although I was taught the basics, so I've had limited success." Has he been living off fish and very few vegetables with even less grain? Yes, yes he has. "I can walk to meet you if you aren't close to me, I believe I have this tagged with my location." Which of course means just show up, right?

Oh, yes! They're a lot different. [And fortunately, him literally magicking them up hasn't affected the taste any, so they'll be just fine for his first strawberry experience.] And I'll bake you up some bread, then! It'll be my pleasure.

[He didn't just offer because it's part of his skillset. He genuinely loves baking and cooking, especially for others.]

I'm most interested in the sunfish and catfish, but a little bit of trout would be nice too!

Then why don't we trade some of my berries for yours, and fish for bread?

[ He's aware at least of how much work baking bread is, having seen and assisted his mother and his wife bake. ]

I've read the trout is good smoked, but I haven't learned to do that yet.

That sounds like a good deal!

[He smiles widely, even if the person on the other end can't see it.]

I've smoked trout a couple of times before, but I'm not an expert on it myself or anything.

Then is it a deal.

[ Anakin isn't really smiling but he is content. ]

It will be a skill to learn.

Excellent! I'll tell you when the bread's done, and we can meet then. Does that sound okay?

[A pause.]

Oh! I'm Jeb, by the way. It's nice to meet you, sir!

That sounds agreeable.

It's good to meet you too! I'll be sure to contact you the moment the bread is done.

[He doesn't respond for a while after that, but true to his word, he does message Anakin once the bread is ready.]

Hello again! I have everything prepared.

[ When the video bubble pops up, Anakin doesn't have the jPad in hand, so it opens to view drying grass and a heavy, dark brown cloak - his voice is off to the side. ]

Hello. That's good, how do you want to transport things?

Since you've tagged your location, I can come to you if that's okay!

[Jeb certainly sounds like he views it as no trouble at all on his end.]

That will be fine. Do give me a call when you are near - I may be out wading, rather than some place I could easily meet you.

[ He'll take it. There's a power to being on home turf. ]
