Who knows how much a person can change over the course of different lives? If Haurchefant is right and it was ever possible that he could have been the Warrior of Light, Cehd'ra imagines he'd have to be a very different man indeed. When it comes to the elezen...who knows who Cehd'ra would find if he made his way to Dragonhead? Yet if the man turns out to only be half as warm as this Haurchefant seems then Cehd'ra will still consider it worth the journey.

"Don't worry about me," he says, making a waving gesture. "I learned the 'no rushing' lesson years back. Right now I plan to fully enjoy the peace this valley offers."

It's warmer here, too. Warmer than Coerthas apparently. Cehd'ra never traveled there before the Calamity and he certainly hasn't been there since, if Haurchefant says it's cold he's got no reason to be surprised. The only good thing about being cold is getting warm again, whether in front of a fire or with food or company...

Probably not what the elezen means. He's a handsome man in Cehd'ra's opinion, especially when he smiles (which luckily is almost constantly), but they don't even know each others' names yet.

"...I'm Cehd'ra, by the way," he says, reaching an open hand across the fading embers.
